Qualification:Graduate in Science / Arts / Engineering with additional qualification in HRD
including personality to conduct interviews –entry, running and exit- and psychological bent of mind to probe and influence people mind.
Experience:  1. 8 to 10 years on all the below activities

 2. Experience in similar Industries of Trading in Engineering products or from an Engineering Industry



Job Requirement:
 1. Coordinate the recruitment through Head Hunters / recruiting agencies.
  Ensure data of candidates are forwarded to Directors for evaluation after initial screening of candidates directly or thru Headhunters,
  including verification of salary package details,qualification certificates,
  conducting initial interviews and short listing people on the bias of their skills and adaptability to our organizational culture.

  Verify post interview, about references and release from previous job; follow up on acceptance letter and joining date agreed.

 2. Drawing out an Induction program for all new recruits.

 3. Upgrade the existing staff – suggest programme and methods for both personality development and job functions.
  Induction of new candidates into company rules and systems

 4. Implement synergy between various divisions of Empire Industries.

 5. Rationalisation of salary, perks and incentives. Company rules, Travel Allowances along with Administration departments of divisions.

 6. Chalk out & implement training programme for Empire personnel.

 7. Market information in respect of salaries, perks etc including tax saving options.

 8. Conduct periodic review with employees on grievances, motivation factors, drop in individual performance and also conduct exit interview.


Salary:Salary will match with qualification, experience and is not a constraint.
