  in sales and service of imported machine tools mainly from Germany, Italy, Japan and
  Czech Republic.Empire Machine Tools have branches in all over India namely Mumbai
  as Head Quarters and branches at Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata & Pune.
  We are in this business more than 50 years and have well trained sales, service & application
  and commercial people to handle the business over 100 Million Dollar per year. We are on the
  look out for Asst. Manager – Sales for our Delhi Office and the profile of the candidate is as below:

JOB DESCRIPTION :Quality enqury generation. Visit to various potential customers on priority, Heavy Machine Shop, jobshops, Aerospace industires to find the new requirements, Interaction with end user to know the existing process and requirements of the customer.Should be conversant with marketing of highly complex and high valued imported Millturn Centres,Gantry miling machines,CNC Horizontal Boring Machines.Production /Planning Engineers from Heavy machine shops with a flair for marketing are also suitable.Close Interaction with decision maker to know the budget allocation, decision maker, buying process for the procurement. Customer's preference if any before procurement. Check the feasibility for suitable machine from EMT principal.Presentation to various customers of suitable machines handled by EMT. Extensive travelling as per the business needs. Weekly feedback to HO on the status of enquiry generation. This is an all india assignment but to be based in Mumbai.. .


RESPONSIBILITIES:"Job involves close association with customer for better customer rapport, understanding the requirement and accordingly concluding the business of product sourced with / without help of customers. Enquiry generation and conversion of an enquiry into an order are the important task of this job assignment, ultimately with the revenue on order booking in mind. Arrange the maximum information from the customer to enable the conversion of enquiry in to the order.

Extensive travel to various customers. Keep self updated on market developments. Organize the competitor's information. Regular weekly feedback to HO on above. Interact with branch officials at Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata, Nagpur, Pune, Hydrabad & Bangalore before the visit to the customer in the respective territory. Organize principal's visit to the customer as and when needed. "

DESIRED PROFILE:Engineering graduates in Mechanical / Production engineering with 5 years experience in selling high value CNC machines in a reputed engineering industry. Good knowledge of CAD/CAM and engineering drawing is must.

THE CANDIDATE:Preferred age : around 27-30 years

Good personality and written and verbal communication skill needed. Good listening capacity, strong negotiation skills, elegant in approach, agility and able to bear work pressure & willing to travel in a short notice is required.

LOCATION OF POSTING:MUMBAI

Site visit /Travel involved (YES/ NO):Extensive all India traveling required. Suitable compension for travel and stay will be given.

SALARY:Commensurate with experience. The job also includes incentive based to the performance v/s target.
