| Qualification: | B. Tech. Or BE (Mechanical) or BE (Production) or BE (Automobile). |
| Experience: |
1. Basic knowledge of Metal Cutting / machining various ferrous and non -ferrous metals. Added knowledge and experience on aluminium die cast parts on high speed machining centers. 2. Capable of preparing time study and giving up tooled up offers. lathes and turn mill + mill turn centres. 3. In-depth knowledge on fixturing and process layout with part programming on Siemens / Fanuc CNC controllers on HMC’s and VMC’s to complete prove-out on the machine at site. 4. Commanding knowledge in AUTO CAD, and CAD-CAM software’s for designing mould and modeling and machining. 5. Knowledge of process capability – CpK and application / compliance of the same. 6. Minimum experience on above 8 – 10 years. |
| Job Requirement: | Job involves preparation of time study and process sheet for prove out of components at site after commissioning of the machine. Willing to travel on all over India. |
| Salary: | To commensurate with the experience and aptitude.
