EMT mcat is currently providing service to over 200 CNC machines both warranty and post warranty
    service in factories around the length and breadth of INDIA.

    The Service team has its head office in MUMBAI at EMPIRE HOUSE, 414, Senapati Bapat Marg,
    LOWER PAREL, Mumbai 400 013 headed by the General Manager Service.
    A team of Engineers trained abroad at the manufacturers factories, are located at various cities
     around INDIA e.g. Delhi, Kolkatta, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune and with a fully equipped
    standby team of engineers at Mumbai Head Office to render service at short notice, including co-ordination,
    assistance in commissioning and erection of new machines purchased by buyers.

    The Service Engineers are periodically trained either in India or Abroad to keep the service team
    updated with the latest techniques of machine maintenance.
    ALL INDIA conference are also held to discuss service problems of customers so that problems
    can be quickly solved. This also gives the service team an opportunity to highlight any consistent problems      so that they an be permanently solved by the manufacturers.
